I have been in the real estate business for over 10 years now and continue to enjoy every minute of it. I love being of service to my clients and pride myself in being able to cover most areas of real estate. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and was a former Sergeant in Law Enforcement. My life experience combined with my continued education allow me to be of full service in Residential / Commercial Real Estate; as well as, Property Management.
I am the proud father of my two children Alivia who is becoming a high school track star and Rhyker who is an avid hockey player. I enjoy being able to be involved in their lives and assist with coaching and volunteering as much as possible. This is a great way to give back and meet and socialize with people on an ongoing basis.
Over the years I have built a very strong referral network with all professions and trades. This allows me to be of full service to my clients throughout the real estate process. Together with my business partner, Josh Spruce, we have established a complete and versatile team so we can provide complete service at all times and in all areas. I believe this to be important because together we can accomplish more and be of top notch service to all of our clients. I pride myself on being an excellent communicator and negotiator. Integrity is the cornerstone of my business.
I always looked forward to making the move to the sunny Okanagan, and this is where I have had the privilege of raising my two amazing children. We enjoy all the outdoor activities our area has to offer, and I try to coach them in whatever sports they are into.
I truly believe that integrity and open communication are the key to building trusting and long lasting relationships, and I am passionate about helping others.
I support both Easter Seals and the BC Children's Hospital. I contribute to Easter Seals with every real estate transaction I complete to help send disabled kids to camp.
