I knew Dan English from our first house purchase. He worked hard for us and we really liked him, so using him again was a no-brainer. I would happily use him again in the future when I'm ready to upgrade properties.

Dan was excellent in helping us with our out-of-the-box, first time purchase. He was always accessible to us whenever we had questions and always had great advice! It was great to have him in our corner!

I owned my condo for approx. 22 years and sold because the rent was no longer going to cover all the deductions / expense's and the building insurance was sky-rocketing. I cant really think of any complaint's with Dan and Joel with the sale of my property and actually have to COMMEND them by the way they handled and navigated the difficult situations, obstacles, factors, etc. with the uncooperative caretaker and all the disconnect with the management company. I would rate this sale as a "5 star" event. p.s. If CENTURY 21 want's to submit an official complaint against the building caretaker I would completely back the complaint.
